Crest Cooperative, in collaboration with Conwy Youth Service, proudly announces the success of its Happitat learning programme, which recently saw eight young participants complete a comprehensive skills development course.
The participants received certificates in CV Writing, Manual Handling, and First Aid, equipping them with valuable qualifications to support their future career aspirations. Participants also had the opportunity to develop practical skills in woodwork at the new workshop in Happitat Llandudno.
Congratulations to the following participants: Cole Jones, Dion Bryant, Kayleigh Jones, Liam Entwisle, Myra Jones, Nevaeh Skye-Halliday, and Shantell Blackall. Under the guidance of Rob Hughes from Crest, the group worked together to design and build a picnic bench. This handcrafted project was donated to the Family Centre at Eryl Wen, Llandudno, showcasing their creativity and teamwork.

Their commitment and generosity, shown by donating their handcrafted picnic bench to the family centre, reflect their remarkable character and determination.

This successful initiative is part of Crest Cooperative’s ongoing commitment to providing training opportunities and supporting youth development in Conwy.
