Deliveries and Collections
We are still committed to continuing to help our communities. If your situation is urgent please call us on 01492 596783 or email [email protected].
The Bulky Waste service that we provide on behalf of Conwy Council is still running, to book a collection please call 01492 575337 or visit their website.
Due to ongoing COVID restrictions, We have temporarily postponed our Household Collections service until further notice.
Where possible we will not enter the property and will call you to ask if we can deliver or pickup from outside the property. Our teams are following strict social distancing guidelines and may ask you to leave the room while they handle your furniture in order to maintain a social distance.
Our Kerbside service is running as normal. We can collect clothing and textiles (purple bags) and small electricals (pink bags) left on the kerbside on your fortnightly collection day. Please leave your bags out before 7am on the day and we will collect from 7am to 3pm.

When we deliver/collect
All of our vans are thoroughly sanitised before the beginning of each working day. Our collections and deliveries are carried out in separate vans in order to prevent any potential cross contamination. Our delivery/collection crews are fully kitted out with PPE such as masks, gloves and sanitiser etc.
We have carried out extensive COVID-19 risk assessments and training to ensure that we can continue to provide essential services to our local community in a safe and professional manner.

Llandudno Junction Community Store
Our Llandudno Junction Community Store is open for collection of pre-paid items booked via our click and collect service through our Facebook and eBay outlets.
Colwyn Bay Community Store
Our Colwyn Bay Community Store is temporarily closed.
