A new, free cinema experience comes to Old Colwyn.
TAPE’s Sofa Cinema will open on Saturday 31st January from 7pm, with a special screening of ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ hosted by Hollywood actor, Spencer Wilding who appears in the movie. The screening will be followed by a Q&A with Spencer and a chance to find out more about other screenings taking place at the TAPE Community Arts Centre on Berthes Road.
The Sofa Cinema is home to the collection of film clubs hosted at TAPE, creating a unique, relaxed cinema experience in an inclusive space – all for free! Available clubs include the Community Film Club, Baby Cinema, Silent Movie screenings with a live organist, kids film club and much more. The Sofa Cinema is run in partnership with Crest Co-operative, with all the sofas available to buy.
